The Short Version
We don't store your financial data. Your statements are analyzed and immediately discarded. Results are stored only in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
What We Process
- CSV/PDF Files: Analyzed by AI to identify subscriptions. Files are processed in memory and never saved to disk or database.
- Payment Info: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Email: Only if you contact us for support.
Zero-Storage Architecture
After analysis, your subscription results are sent directly to your browser and stored in localStorage. This means:
- Your data never touches our database
- Only you can access your results
- Data auto-expires after 48 hours
- Clearing your browser data removes everything
What We Do Store
- Payment Records: Stripe transaction IDs for refund processing (no financial details)
- Rate Limits: Hashed identifiers to prevent abuse (not reversible to personal data)
Third Parties
- Stripe: Payment processing (their privacy policy)
- Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis of your transactions (processed, not stored)
- Meta (Facebook): Advertising analytics (their privacy policy)
- Vercel: Website hosting
Analytics & Advertising
We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our service. This may collect:
- Page views and website interactions
- Device and browser information
- IP address (for geographic targeting)
- Purchase events (amount, not financial details)
This data helps us show relevant ads to people who may benefit from our service. We do NOT share your bank statement data or subscription details with Meta.
You can opt out of personalized ads via Facebook Ad Settings or use browser extensions that block tracking pixels.
